Questionnaires and contracts are unique to each package and are there to guide me in providing you with the best of my service and establishing mutual understanding of both our roles in the process of photographing you.

Pay Deposit


Every session requires a deposit. Along with the contract, it seals the deal! An email with your confirmation and invoice is sent to you.

FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

amount of images differ depending on your chosen experience. however, all packeges do include some images with option to purchase more from your gallery. Bundles available for every size of investment.

why don't you offer 15 minutes or less sessions?

You can't rush genuine moments, for any age. Sessions are at minimum 20 minutes.

what happens if I am late to my session?

I will not proceed with pictures for sessions that are 20-30 minutes long.
The time allotted is essential to becoming familiar to the environment, especially if kids are part of the session. I value the time of all my clients and my talent.
For all regular priced sessions, ($350+) I will proceed with the session upon your arrival and end at the agreed time. This means less time to capture pictures. All fees for the session are still due per contract.

Can I pick my location to be photographed?

For your convenience, and wonder, I strategically predetermine locations and dates. This helps you experience new places and most importantly, it helps you keep more in your pocket, especially when choosing premium and rare scenic locations that other wise require a hefty permit price per session.
This only applies to Save the date photoshoots, which are held 2 times a month!

How should we dress for our family session?

Matching colors and clothes is a thing of the past. Aim to blend colors, patterns and materials. It helps to consider the colors of the current season or style of the session. I can always guide you to more ideas.

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

Mina's Memories was created with the shy, and the very bold in mind. All sessions carry a theme and are interactive to help you feel relaxed, natural and genuine.

Do consultation calls carry an additional fee?

never! it is in the best of my interest to become as informed about you and your goal for your photoshoot so I can strategically plan the session. All sessions are unique and so will are call.
